Representatives of Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Russia, Moldova, Poland, Greece and France competed in the competition, Offsideplus.az reports.
Two members of our women's national team performed at the tournament. Tatiana Omelchenko (65 kg) won all her rivals and rose to the highest step of the podium. Despite competing in the heavyweight division, Omelchenko won the gold medal, beating Alexandra Ishchenko, Manola Skobelska and Tatiana Ryzhko.
Alyona Kolesnik (57 kg) lost to Solomiya Vinnik after defeating Karina Hornomor. However, the member of our national team, who won Violetta Petrovskaya, won a bronze medal.
It should be noted that Azerbaijan took second place in the team standings with 40 points.
