Artistic gymnasts of Azerbaijan had a successful start to the European Championship held in Budapest, the capital of Hungary.

Offsideplus.az reports with reference to the official website of the Azerbaijan Gymnastics Federation that our national team won a medal on the first day of the competition.

Young individual gymnasts - Govhar Ibrahimova (hoop/ 30,050), Shams Agahuseynova (ribbon/ 29,000), Ilaha Bahadirova (ball/ 29,850) and Fidan Gurbanli (hammers/ 28,500) won the bronze prize in the team account with a total of 117,400 points.
