BSH Executive Director Arif Rahimov said that the new date of the competition will be confirmed after the threat of the coronavirus subsides, Offsideplus.az reports. 

According to Rahimov, it will take at least 10-12 weeks to prepare for the Grand Prix.

The BSH official and other promoters were forced to be so cautious that the Australian Grand Prix, scheduled for March 13-15, was postponed as soon as the race began. They say that in case of such a postponement of any stage, it is necessary to return the money to the fans. This is very difficult. Because the money is used to buy stands for temporary installation.

On the other hand, spectators from abroad need to be persuaded to buy tickets in advance and book a hotel.

It should be noted that the Azerbaijani Grand Prix was to be held on June 5-7. The race has been postponed indefinitely. // "Report"
