Mercedes driver Lewis Hamilton has won the sixth race of the season, Offsideplus.az reports. Max Ferstappen of Red Bull was second and Hamilton's teammate Valtteri Bottas was third at the Barcelona track.

Hamilton, who scored 132 points after the Spanish Grand Prix, closed the gap to 37 points with his closest rival Ferstappen. Bottas is in third place with 89 points. 

Mercedes is the leader in the Constructors' Cup with 221 points. The next two places are occupied by Red Bull (135 points) and Racing Point

(63 points).
