The match Zira – Sabail also became remarkable due to 4^th substitution. This rule was applied since the season 2018/19. Zira made three substitutions, Sabail made four. Vugar Baybalayev substituted Rahid Amirguliyev in 118^th minute. It was the first fourth substitution in the history of the Azerbaijan Cup.
