Baku Olympic Stadium can host the UEFA Champions League final in 2027. 

According to Offsideplus.az, UEFA's official website published information about this.

 The Association of Football Federations of Azerbaijan (AFFA) presented the candidacy of the stadium.

It is noted in the news that, along with Baku, Madrid, the capital of Spain, is also interested in organizing the continent's most prestigious club tournament in 2027. The Spanish side plans to hold the decisive match at the "Metropolitano" stadium.

Formal applications must be submitted by March 19, 2025.
