Azerbaijani representatives won 13 more medals in rowing, kayaking and canoeing "Mingachevir Regatta-2024" international tournament and finished the competition with 24 medals.

 Offsideplus.az reports that the couple of Azer Ilyasov and Tunar Mammadzade won a gold medal in the competition of athletes born in 2008-2009.

 They excelled in the 1500 distance race in academic rowing.

 Amil Ramazanov (2006-2007) won a silver prize in the 1000-meter kayak race.

 Niyaz Malikov - Emil Zeynalov duet won silver medal, and Giyas Ahmadov - Subhan Hasanov tandem won bronze medal in kayak category.

 In academic rowing (2006-2007), Nurlan Pashayev - Jahangir Mammadli, Sabit Abdullayev - Fikret Hasanov, Muhammad Niftullayev - Neymet Hasanov took the first three places, respectively.

 In the 200-meter kayak competition (2008-2009), the pair of Giyas Ahmadov - Subhan Hasanov won gold medals, and the duets of Ivan Vorobyanski - Huseyn Hasanov and Vajib Babayev - Sahin Isayev won silver medals.

 The tandem of Ibrahim Mammadzade and Elmir Tarverdiyev (2010-2011) was third in kayaking.

 In 1000-meter academic rowing (2010-2011), Mahammad Hasanov - Raul Shamilov won silver, Yusif Aliyev - Ruslan Farajov won bronze.

 It should be noted that earlier our athletes won 11 awards in the regatta.
