AFFA Club Licensing Department Director Elchin Mammadov was appointed by UEFA.

Offsideplus.az informs with reference to the press service of the mentioned institution that he will perform the position of UEFA Match Director (UEFA Venue Director) of the game "Fenerbagha" (Turkey) - "Manchester United" (England), which will be held in the III round of the UEFA Europa League. 

The match will be held on October 24 at the "Sukrü Saracoglu" stadium in Istanbul.
