The match will take place from November 24 to December 16 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. 

The match will be between the current Norwegian world champion Magnus Carlsen and the winner of the Bidders' Tournament. The Bidders' Tournament was postponed in the 7th round due to coronavirus last year. The competition will continue on November 1 this year in Yekaterinburg, Russia.
