Ukrainian manager Roman Grygorchuk was appointed as head coach of "Neftchi" PFK.

Offsideplus.az reports that an agreement was reached with Grygorchuk, who was visiting Baku to participate in an international event for the purpose of exchange of experience, and a 2-year contract was signed.
