The national freestyle wrestling head coach Namig Abdullayev and coach Arif Abdullayev have started training in Baku, Offsideplus.az reports.
From January 4, the team trains twice a day. The preparation process will last until January 14.
Other national teams went to Istanbul, Turkey to hold a training camp. Under the leadership of the head coach of the women's national team Aslan Agayev and coach Rovshan Umudov, from January 4 to 20, the neighboring country will train with the local team.
The national Greco-Roman wrestling team will also take part in the training camp together with the Turkish team. The joint training camp, which will start tomorrow under the supervision of head coach Alexander Tarakanov, head coach Rovshan Bayramov and coach Akif Aliyev, will last until January 16.
