- You have been unemployed since you left Keshla. Is an innovation expected in your career in the near future?
- Obviously, there are no proposals. Coaching is like waiting outside. I just watch the championship, analyze the games for myself, take notes about the players. I also analyze how long I have been working and what I did wrong and where I should have taken it. I need to identify them so that I do not face the same problem again in the future.

- Keshla, where you won a bronze medal last season, is now in the last ranks together with Sabah. What could be the reason for such a decline?
- This is a struggle, one must be a champion, one must take the last place. Even if there is a 20-team championship, the situation does not change. But in terms of the game, "Keshla" also seems to be lagging behind. The foreign players who did not reach me were sent off during the season. It is a period of pandemics, various diseases and injuries. At a time when a larger squad was needed, the departure of those players was unexpected. Maybe they will bring stronger players during the winter break and choose a successful strategy. The fact that Keshla is ranked 7th is a personal pain for me personally. I have a little bit of work there, I would not want to see this team below.

- Finally, what are your expectations from the second half of the season?
- The championship will be between three teams - "Karabakh", "Neftchi" and "Zira". I consider Karabakh more lucky. If Neftchi strengthens its staff with 2-3 good foreigners, it can compete with Karabakh. In particular, there is a need to strengthen the offensive line and solve defense problems. If so, we can watch the championship match between "Karabakh" and "Neftchi" until the end.
