According to the club's press service, Rustam Nuriyev from Zagatala has joined the Eagles. The 21-year-old has signed a three-year contract.

The club has signed 20-year-old Ramin Ahmadov (Zagatala) and Samir Gurbanov (Kapaz) until 2025.
