The  20-year-old is undergoing a medical at Keshla, Offsideplus.az reports quoting Sportal. Arriving in Baku, Kayan joined the club's camp.

The final decision on the young player will be made after the coaching staff of the capital club watches him. 

Semih Kayan, who played for Cologne and Aachen in Germany during his career, played for Pendikspor in Turkey. Semih, who also wore the uniform of the neighboring country's U-16 national team, recently wore the uniform of the German club Optical Ratenou and has been without a club since this summer.
